Courses

The School organizes professional and amateur courses of pastry, kneaded and pulled by hand, fresh pasta, Bolognese and traditional cuisine, bread and cakes.
Demonstrations of pasta making , dedicated to tourists or schools, can also be held.

The courses and demonstrations can be completed by the tasting of the prepared food or some traditional dishes.

The courses are taught by Alessandra Spisni, Alessandro Spisni, Stefania Canalicchio, Alessandra's daughter and other teachers.
