Courses for tourists

Courses in English are held from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from September to July. On request, it is always possible to organize courses in different days and times by contacting us via email or telephone.

1. Course of one day

Class and lunch

Three hours in the laboratory, during which each student will carry out kneading, rolling out pastry, basic stuffing and the preparation of the three most typical types of Bolognese pasta (tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle).

Buffet lunch with tasting of typical products:

  • Typical starter

  • Tortellini in broth

  • Tortelloni with a butter and tomato sauce

  • Tagliatelle with ragù

  • Typical sweet

  • Bread, water and ¼ of wine per person

The cost is € 84.00 per person.

2. Course of three days

The course programme includes the preparation of:

  • 1 st day: tagliatelle, strozzapreti and garganelli;

  • 2nd day: stuffed pasta, tortelloni, cestini and triangoli;

  • 3rd day:green pasta and potato gnocchi.

The cost is € 214.00 including the registration and the uniform of La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese.

 

3. Course of five days

The programme includes the learning of mixings, the rolling out of pastry with the rolling pin and simple, stuffed and green fresh pasta.
The programme is the same as for the amateur pastry course .
The cost is € 284.00 including the registration and the uniform of La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese.
